Guests are provided with an after-hours emergency number for urgent requests, and our team ensures any issue is dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. Before each reservation, your home is checked for lights, air filters, remotes, and other essential items.  
• Linens- TI Rentals proudly offers a linen service that includes bed sheets, bath towels, and a kitchen kit.
• Accounting and Finance- Our staff handles all payment collections, taxes, and billing including that from vendors and contractors. Reports are made available to you via your Owner Portal so you can review your financials and reservation activity or make any personal reservations. Rental profits are deposited directly to your bank account, and credit card fees are NEVER passed on to our owners.
