Only minutes away from restaurants, shops and plenty of entertainment to choose from in North Topsail, Sneads Ferry and Surf City, NC!As you arrive to Beach Star Villa you will find plenty of parking for you and your family. The carport can be used as sheltered convenience for a vehicle, or it can be the perfect covered hang out spot for you and your family. You can comfortably let your kids run around the yard at this wonderful property without any worries.
The owner's have made sure to provide plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon and more, located in the carport storage! All bed and bath linens are included!

From the carport, take the stairs up to your next favorite vacation spot! There is even a outdoor dining area right outside!
The living area features an l-shaped sofa, plenty of bar seating across the kitchen island, and a fold out dining table.
1st Floor| Bedroom & Foldaway Bed Details:
The bunkbed room features a twin over full size set-up with plenty of storage for clothing and a sliding glass doorway to the backporch!
Fold Away Bed: Located in the living area!
1st Floor | Kitchen Details:
Prepare stress free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. You will find all of the appliances, dishware and kitchen utensils you will need!
2nd Floor | 2 bedrooms + full size bathroom
When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms.

Linens
Bed and Bath linens are supplied free for all guests. Upon arrival, beds will already be made with freshly cleaned sheets and towels sets folded and ready for your stay.
Door Codes
Personalized door codes will be sent the morning of check-in through text & email - please make sure you have updated/correct contact information upon booking.
Early Check-in/Late Check-Out
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during the busy season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) We can let you know if early check in or late check out will be available. If we can accommodate your request, we will be happy to! bonus: we do not charge extra!

Place was great for family vacation with kids, walking distance to the beach access(within 2 minutes) need to cross street. Beach was not busy which was nice, lots of waves- kids enjoyed it. Lots of beach gear including beach towels (which we did not use, but might help people in packing list) , beach wagon, beach chairs as well as sand toys and as well as the shibumi shade which was awesome! Kitchen had everything needed for cooking as we ate in mostly and well stocked as were the bathrooms as well. Plenty of local places to eat at as well as groceries were about 10 min drive. Most importantly this place was welcoming and clean. Would stay again.

We booked last minute because our AC went out and I’m so glad we found this rental! Super clean, very close to the beach, and plenty of space. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions. Perfect location, we’ll be back!

We loved staying here. It’s clean and only a block from the beach. There are tons of supplies of anything you could possibly need in the house. There are lots of beach chairs and a few different sun shades available for use which was very helpful. Great place!

Beach Star Villa was fantastic in all aspects. It is extremely clean and has tons of amenities which include towels, beach chairs, a beach shade, a wagon, a bbq, etc. Seriously too many to list and all needed and used. The biggest wow factor for us was the quick walk to the beach which, surprisingly, never seemed to be crowded. There are great restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

The Beach Star Villa was the perfect place for a vacation to Topsail! Walkable distance to the beach and very clean! It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend staying here and can see ourselves staying here again!
