Please Note: You will need to submit a copy of your ID & current pay stubs with your application.
1. Complete the Long Term Application found here: Click Here
2. After you have submited your application, TI Rentals will contact you during our office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm) for the application fee payment of $55.00.
3. Once your application fee has been completed, TI Rentals will run your application.
* The application process include: a background check, credit check & a positive reference from previous/current rental company/landlord.
4. TI Rentals will contact your ASAP to let you know if your application has been approved or denied.
If you application has been approved:
1. TI Rentals will send you a Residential Rental Lease to sign.
2. Once your lease has been completed and signed, your security deposit will be due.
* First month's rent will be due by the day you are scheduled to move-in.
3. Tenant's will be provided with log-in information including a username and password. This will be used to pay and manage your monthly rent online for the remainder of your lease.
